Hursa does not ship on the weekends and major holidays.

Returns

Exchanges / refunds are issued up to 14 days from the date the product was received. 

Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchase. 

The return must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.

The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.

The item must be returned with tags and packing. 

We are unable to refund your original or return postage costs unless the product is faulty / incorrect.
