Do you accept Cash on Delivery?
Yes, Cash on delivery services are accepted for Bulgaria only
What are the accepted payment methods?
Hursa accepts the following payment methods: Credit or debit card Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Union pay. By payment apps: Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay. Soon PayPal. Payment is secured by the partners in charge of managing the financial transaction.
Returns and Exchane
How do I return a product?
All products may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date: in their original condition and packaging (not worn, including all accessories and tote bag). Please kindly note that we only accept returns using the provided prepaid label. Please follow these steps to return your order: - Access the return request form via emailing us at customercare@hursa.shop or with the QR code on the return card in your parcel. - Fill in the form - Once the return request has been validated, use and stick on the prepaid carrier label - Drop off your parcel at the carrier’s collection point.Please note that all returns must be sent using the prepaid label. Hursa cannot be held responsible for shipping charges or lost packages when the order has been sent by another carrier.
How long does a refund take to process?
The refund of your order will be processed within 14 business days upon the receipt of the returned item. Please kindly note that we reserve the right to decline a refund in case your item was not sent in its original condition (worn, damaged, etc.) The refund will be issued directly to the payment method used for the original purchase.
Do you accept an exchange?
We accept exchanges only for the same product in a different size, or for similar items within the same price range. All items must be in their original condition and returned within the specified exchange period.If you have ordered multiple items, it is possible to exchange or return just one of them.For any questions regarding exchanges of particular items, contact us at customercare@hursa.shop

What delivery services are available?
We may deliver your order to your personal postal address; a signature is required to retrieve your parcel. You may also choose to pick-up your parcel at a DHL Access Point if the option is available in your country. Our carriers internationally IS DHL Express.
What International shipping options do you offer?
We offer two International shipping options: • Standard Shipping: This option is more affordable and can take approximately 4-14 days to arrive, depending on your location. We giving it for free to our customers • Express Shipping:For faster delivery, we offer DHL Express, which guarantees delivery in approximately 1-3 business days. • The cost for express shipping depends on the weight of your order. For example, the average cost to ship a single shirt via DHL Express is around €18. • Like standard shipping, the final cost will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of the item(s) and the destination.
What shipping option do you offer for Bulgaria?
We provide free shipping for Bulgaria through Ekont Express or Speedy to any office in the country or address.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders! • This applies to all destinations, and the delivery time is approximately 7-14 days, depending on your location. • The free shipping option will be automatically applied at checkout.If you’d like to receive your order faster, you can choose our express shipping option, which is calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination.
