Across most European countries, orders are delivered via local courier services directly to your address. Payments are made by card, with all card data securely encrypted for your protection.
Typical delivery time is 5–6 business days, with occasional cases extending up to 10 business days.

For the rest of the world, we also ship through trusted local couriers. Most parcels arrive within 15 business days, with rare exceptions extending up to 25 business days.

You can return any item within 14 days from the delivery date, as long as it is in its original condition and packaging
(unworn, unwashed, with all accessories and tags attached).

If an item is returned worn, damaged, altered, or in a condition different from the original,
we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

• Close all zippers and fastenings before washing.

Drying

• Air dry whenever possible.
• Avoid direct sunlight and direct heat sources.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Do not wring the garment excessively.

Ironing

• Iron at a low temperature only if necessary.
• Turn the garment inside out and avoid direct contact with prints, embroidery and synthetic trims.
• Do not apply high heat, as synthetic fibres may be damaged.

Storage

• Store in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
• Hang structured garments on suitable hangers or fold them neatly, depending on their construction.
• Ensure the garment is completely dry before storing.
