Within Bulgaria, orders are shipped with cash-on-delivery and a full review/try-on option, ensuring a completely risk-free experience.
We partner with Econt and Speedy for fast and reliable delivery — next business day after dispatch.

Across most European countries, orders are delivered via local courier services directly to your address. Payments are made by card, with all card data securely encrypted for your protection.
Typical delivery time is 5–6 business days, with occasional cases extending up to 10 business days.

For the rest of the world, we also ship through trusted local couriers. Most parcels arrive within 15 business days, with rare exceptions extending up to 25 business days.

You can return any item within 14 days from the delivery date, as long as it is in its original condition and packaging
(unworn, unwashed, with all accessories and tags attached).

If an item is returned worn, damaged, altered, or in a condition different from the original,
we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

We accept:

• Returns — your payment will be fully refunded.
• Exchanges — for a different size or another product.
